Our recommendations are made in good faith based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, return on investment, or third-party behaviour resulting from our advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Gralus for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Gralus name and logo — is the property of Gralus Ltd or its licensors. Engagement-specific deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.
