To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Gralus for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Gralus name and logo — is the property of Gralus Ltd or its licensors. Engagement-specific deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement.
